Revenue & Net Income by Month
Booked, QuickBooks via ELV middleware · 2026 · $K/month
RevenueNet income
Seven straight profitable months. July set records on both lines — $404.2K revenue, $186.9K net income (46% net margin). August and September are not yet closed in QuickBooks; their delivered revenue is in the operations table below. Revenue is delivery-service fees only — Fuel Logic provides the fuel — so nearly every dollar is margin on the truck.
2026 P&L — Closed Months
Booked · QuickBooks · Jan through latest close
A 31% net margin on delivery operations is exceptional for trucking-adjacent work — the assets stay here so Fuel Logic stays asset-light, and this entity still makes real money. Every recommendation ties back to the 15–20× EBITDA exit thesis.
Where the Money Goes — YTD Opex (closed months)
Operating expense, $ · driver labor sits in COGS, not here
Truck insurance is $105.8K of the vehicle line — the single biggest controllable cost at ~7% of revenue. Worth a broker re-quote at renewal; scale should earn better fleet rates.
Balance Sheet Snapshot
As of latest close
Cash is thin ($130K) against ~$650K/quarter of operating spend — fine while Fuel Logic settles the $244K intercompany A/R promptly. A fixed monthly settlement cadence is also what a buyer's transfer-pricing review will want to see.
Section 02
Per-Delivery Economics
Fuel Monkey is scored on deliveries and delivery revenue — never gallons. Revenue per delivery is the core efficiency signal: it is climbing as the mix shifts toward higher-value data-center generator drops.
Revenue per Delivery & Volume
Master Delivery Ledger (deliveries thru 7/26) · bars = deliveries, line = $/delivery
DeliveriesRevenue / delivery
Rev/delivery rose $230 (Jan) → $343 (Jun), held at $327 in July and is running $342 in August — up ~49% on the year. The flat $125 base fee has held since launch; the lift is mix, not price — a pricing review on the base fee is an open strategic item.
Delivered vs Booked vs Budget
Delivered = ops ledger · Booked = QBO · $
Delivered is the real-time pulse (updates each cleaned export); Booked is truth at month-close (~15th). When the gap grows large, the books are simply behind. H1 ties within +1.2% of budget.
Revenue per Delivery by Market — Q2 2026
Delivered revenue ÷ deliveries · Q2 (Apr–Jun)
Amarillo runs an order of magnitude higher per drop — data-center generator fueling (JCD ≈ 37% of FM revenue) carries far higher fees than metro route work. Concentration risk and margin are the same fact here; the standing goal is JCD below 25% of revenue by year-end.

Markets & Drivers
Market Scorecard
Delivered revenue by yard · the read compares August to July
August finished at $368.4K delivered, level with July's record ($369.5K) on 1,137 deliveries. Amarillo led the month at $136.4K (+12% over July); Dallas eased to $148.8K after its July record; Houston and Vernon held. September through the 15th is $191.0K on 575 deliveries — on pace for another $370K month. Lubbock and Midland/Odessa appear for the first time (12 deliveries, Danny Clampitt out of Lubbock).
Driver Leaderboard

Scott (Amarillo) is the highest-leverage driver — key-man risk; cross-training is a standing priority. Barrett (324h) and Timothy (328h) ran ~11h/day in June — burnout/retention watch on the two heaviest Dallas drivers. Charles Andrew is now his own route (Driver 10, Vernon) — 153 deliveries YTD, split out from Driver 8 for cleaner Vernon tracking.

Fleet Economics
Live upfit-truck miles from Linxup against delivery revenue from the ledger. Only the upfit fuel trucks (F-550, F-600, Ram 5500) run deliveries — the F-250s and light Rams (2500/3500) are service vehicles and show utilization only. Units, classes, markets and the standing driver come from Assets and Drivers in Operations Commander, so a change there is a change here. —

This dashboard is live. On load and every 15 minutes it calls get_dashboard() on the fuel-monkey-ops Supabase project, which checks your role server-side and returns the finance and delivery figures.
